Family with children will love it

The hotel staff was helpful, accommodating our requests. The buffet meals were fantastic, with different dishes every day-my kids couldn't get enough of the delicious options!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

I greatly enjoyed the large bed and the a double room. The bathroom was clean and it had a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet for my convenience. The location was favourable for exploring this great area, near to restaurant, Tarragona and shops. Explored an expansive public park, that is located within a close distance from the hotel.

The room was new-fashioned and included central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV. The breakfast spread was exceptionally good, with a huge variety of great options...

Great beach access and friendly 24-hour reception, but Wi-Fi was spotty .

I booked our stay at the terramarina after a well reserched hunt. I was still in two minds even the day before arrival based purely on other reports made with Booked.net and other reviews. Well I can tell anyone that is interested in spending any amount of time in this hotel that it is without any question a fantastic hotel. The food was amazing and the hotel itself is absoulutely spotless clean. The housekeeping is second to none. The rooms are cleaned everyday and fresh towels put in. We had an lcd telly in our room and could hook up our laptop to watch a film at night. The beach is actually outside the back door literally and the lounge is nesetled with comfy sofas and a library are to relax and read . we had the half board option and by heavens we ate like kings !!!! fresh fish , salads, desserts, pastries gorgous coffee and teas it was heaven the staff are polite and courteous and always on hand to help us with any enquires we had. All and all a 4 star we ll be back !!!!!!!!!

The buffet breakfast featured good homemade ice cream and a variety of pastries. Although the hotel boasted an excellent location by the beach, the view from my oceanfront room was obstructed by a large tree, which detracted from the experience. The pool area, while private and well-kept, could benefit from more lounging options, especially during peak hours. Service was attentive and staff friendly. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent was nice.

Food is very good for Spain. Quiet guests, which is very important for those who travel with infants.

Air condition been switched on at the second day only after several claims. If you want to have a 95% Russian hotel it is yours.

The location by the sea is very good. Food for breakfast and dinner not bad. Rooms of the category we've ordered were fully busy and we were offered to stay in the room of higher category for the same money.

Staff is not very friendly and helpful, especially waiters in restaurant. Too long waiting for room cleaning. No beach towels in hotel. We had room with sea view and under our balcony every day played and song artists invited by hotel - so every day till midnight there was very-very loud music. so if you want to go to sleep before midnight you can`t do it.

The hotel is in a fantastic beach location, and the pool area was particularly enjoyable for my family. The staff, especially Lydia, went out of their way to provide us with dining recommendations and were always ready to assist us with our questions with our 2 adult kids.

My children wished the wifi was better in our room.

The staff tried really hard to be polite and welcoming even though their grasp of english was poor, the maids were efficient and unobtrusive and overall the hotel was quiet and in a great location for the beach.

As it was close to the end of the season (Oct), the entertainment was poor and I think there must have been a problem with the dish washer as it was very hard to obtain a clean plate to dine off in the restaurant. The piped music in the residents lounge was at times overly loud and very repetative, so if the 60's was not your era - take an ipod! It was also very quiet in La Pineda at this time of the season, with few of the local businesses being open so a bus trip into Salou was the order of the day - three trips - three different ticket prices - very frustrating when you go to the trouble of politely asking in Spanish for your tickets!

The Superior Double Room had air conditioning, a tv, and a private bathroom with body soap and free toiletries. We enjoyed dining on the terrace with fine beach views. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, and there were plenty of sun loungers. Excellent buffet breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and various options.

The hotel is clean and great-sized with hospitable and really helpful staff and a nice pool. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Perfect and comfortable location in a great area, next to which is golden sand shelving gently into the sea, and La Pineda. Plus, 5 minutes drive from an aquatic amusement park.

The hotel is definitely recommended to family. The breakfast is reasonably good with to name, sausage and cheeses, had everything you could imagine.
